For projects with lots of files it can be useful to see if any of the files or folders have notes in the metadata field. Any icon maybe?

Something like this maybe? Not picky on the implementation. Any visual indicator is fine.

Maybe it's even a column? But that probably also means that having a column selector would be nice and the ability to sort based on that status (though how would that would work with subfolders might be tricky?)
