[1.18.x] Adding Italian Translation

It's missing translations for manaweave.

It looks like subtitles and the lexicon were intentionally not translated (makes sense, it's massive).

All (almost) the elements have been translated, but these translations are partially used. And when they are used, it's inside a mix of english and italian.

Example 1 :

• "item.botania.manasteel_ingot": "Lingotto di Manacciaio"
• "botania.page.pool8": "$(item)Manacciaio Ingots$(0) can be crafted into blocks

Example 2 :

• "item.botania.lens_gravity": "Lenti di Mana: Gravità"
• "botania.page.lens16": "The $(item)Gravity Lens$(0) makes gravity affect

Example 3 :

• "item.botania.fire_rod": "Verga degli inferni",
• "botania.page.fireRod0": "The $(item)Verga di the Hells$(0) contains the very essence of fire
