Screen Space Overlay not responding

We have an Observer UI to start events etc. After we switched to Xr Plugin Management this is no longer working. The Ui Works when Vr is disabled, and it is not responding if vr is active. Any Solutions ? The Canvas is set to Screen Space Overlay

Have you tried with other plugins? I imagine this is a unity issue not an openvr issue.
