Windows depots removed when trying Steam Linux Runtime container

When running with the Steam Linux Runtime, Planet Zoo deletes the old game and downloads a new 768 MB file. If I set another compatibility tool it tries to redownload the 8.8 GB game. I get this error when I try to run Planet Zoo with the Steam Linux Runtime:

An error occurred while updating Planet Zoo (missing executable):
/data/SteamLibrary/steamapps/Planet Zoo/PlanetZoo.exe

Hello @cuevasclemente, Proton is not supported with the initial deployment of Pressure Vessel.
