Guide Button Chord Layout settings not easily available

my girlfriend has noticed that on Steam Deck the "Guide Button Chord Layout" setting is not present in the Controller tab of the Steam settings (neither in gaming nor in desktop mode). However, the settings can still be access by reconfiguring the shortcuts in the Game Recording settings.

Is there a reason for these settings being so hidden, or is it an oversight? Being able to easily see and reconfigure what the Steam button does would be very useful on Steam Deck.
