SteamOS boot videos not working properly

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

A some time ago I restored factory state on my Steam Deck LCD (it was SteamOS 3.5) and since then I have a problem with startup videos. I can see black screen for the first 2/3 seconds and sound of boot video in the background. After that, I see on the screen the end of animation. Only the default boot video works properly, I bought Saturn startup from points shop, and it's not working as it should (I can see animation from the blue dot connected with sphere). Some customized boot videos (stored here /home/deck/.steam/root/config/uioverrides/movies/) also not working as expected.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Im still experiencing this issue on my two decks. Only the default movie seems to work. Other ones play only sound while the deck boot logo is still static on screen and only the final bit of the video suddenly plays before the boot I have a 256 LCD deck and a 1TB Oled. Both always on stable. no plugins or weird modifications. This has been happening for months

I've tested the startup movies I have access to and found this failure affects both the Saturn and OG Big Picture startup movie. They play back correctly during Preview / Wake, but are obfuscated by the Steam Deck logo on boot (only seeing the tail-end of the startup movie).

Edit: Found two more (Paddles and Worms) that are also affected.
