In steam it show Source SDK 2013 everytime....

Get a new appID for your mod?

Maybe but when i compile it and run the game it show source engine sdk 2013 (i changed the gameinfo)

If you need completely new AppID you need to publish your mod on Steam https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/gettingstarted

otherwise put mod in sourcemods and edit gameinfo.txt https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Gameinfo.txt
