Portal 2 - TF2 Crossover Hat Syncing Not Working

Hi!

I was wondering if there was any chance that the TF2 Crossover Promo could be fixed. Currently, while the hats can be equipped, you cannot gain/lose hats depending on which ones are in your TF2 inventory. For example, if I owned a Pyro's Beanie before the promotion broke, it will remain in my inventory regardless of whether I still own it in TF2 or not. On the other hand, if I trade for another supported hat in 2021, the Robot Enrichment inventory does not update to give me said hat.
