[CS1.6] HLDS.exe crash when executing map command

When running a dedicated server with the 25th Anniversary update, and the CS1.6 version released on December 2023, the server crash with and exception 0xc0000409 after executing a "map" command while another map is running (the first "map" command to load the initial map works fine).
