[HL25] [Feature Request] Add Subtitles

If subtitles could be added to Half-Life base game, Half-Life OF, and Half-Life BS that would be a amazing addition. Some people have trouble hearing what people are saying in the game due to environmental noise or the person playing may be deaf and use subtitles to help understand what is going on. This would be a nice modern feature to add to Half-Life.

The original WON versions didn't have subtitles, so I highly doubt Valve would add them.
