Option to have a classic Counter-Strike 1.6 scoreboard

I ask you to return some things from the Orangebox version of the game. At least a banner in the tab menu, which can be disabled if it interferes.

Just downgrade to build 4554. for the mouse accel bug in win 10 just use RInput with this build.
