[CS 1.6] Modifying DemoPlayer.dll to use cheats

Recently i banned a player that was using this specific cheat for around two months, he never got VAC Banned (Still isn't), i don't have any proof that the player modify the DemoPlayer.dll file as said in the video but he was using this specific cheat and didn't got banned, hope this is of any help.

@mikela-valve can you check if this is possible?

@Maxi605 Unfortunately without seeing the hack or running it for myself I can't really say whether it should be possible to do that without VAC detecting it. If you know the Steam account for the player I could look up their VAC information and try to use that to work out what was going on but otherwise there isn't too much more to go off of.
