CS2 crashes when you alt tab during the game startup phase

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
The game just does that... I'm not sure why...
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Start CS2 in fullscreen mode
- Alt Tab when you see the valve logo on your screen
- And the game stops responding in taskmanager.
i also noticed that all source 2 games (hl alyx, dota2, cs2, deadlock) have missing taskbar icons sometimes, when i was debugging cs2.exe because i had issues with crashing during premier matches i immediately noticed that something was causing the game icon to fail to load and it never retries to reload the image
in my case this only applies for when starting the game and not when ingame

This is a huge issue, you cant really risk alt tabbing ingame as well, when you risk it you may have to restart, since you are not able to use the window anymore it seems to crash or not let you in anymore. I know this issue is an old one, but it should be very high in their prioty list. Also changing res and aspect ratio is a problem sometimes. Make it very smooth and fast.. Don't know if this is not an issue at all for the cs2 devs but yeah it really sucks... Forget gameplay and that it was better in cs:go, just fix this alt tab issue and make resolution change smoother, people will be very happy.

can confirm this is still a bug and reproducible consistent behaviour which i suppose has something to do with a display mode switch which would happen directly after the valve logo is shown. when tabbed out before/during valve logo the game hangs and is not recoverable, i.e. trying to alt-tab back in does nothing, but can be gracefully terminated/stopped via steam client.
