Two frequent crashing patterns (not sure if related)

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The game sometimes freezes and needs kill -9 cs2 to get out,

1. when joining a premier game, the game freezes at the end of the "compiling shaders 2890/2894" stage.
2. when quiting cs2: "Are you sure you want to quit?", clicking quit and it would freeze and never quit.

It doesn't always happen, but very often. I'd say 1/3 chance for both of the two scenarios. I'm about to make a short cut for kill -9 cs2 now.
