Before you read, I know this is very little to go off and if you need any more information I'll provide where I can.

Basically whenever I'm playing, CS2 randomly just freezes and doesn't let me interact with it. It usually also messes with my cursor on my desktop (Cinnamon Xorg) just not letting me use it at all. E.g. when I switch workspaces to get away from the CS2 window the cursor just doesn't appear. Sometimes the game will close after a short while but other times I have to go to a TTY and reboot my pc.

Something worth noting, is this seems to have started happening after Arch Linux (my distro) changed vm.max_map_count to 1048576 as the default. Not sure if it's placebo but setting the value to the same as the SteamDeck (Int. Limit - 5) appears to result in less frequent crashes. It still crashes sometimes though. Reducing the in-game graphical settings to the lowest (except i disabled FSR) also seems to help with the issue. (Again, if it's not just placebo as I'm not doing any scientific testing here.)

Maybe monitor the ram usage and swap usage through your matches. There may be memory leak as i lived similar issues before

I'll check, but I doubt it as I have 32GB of ram already so I'm kind of unlikely to run out in the first place.
