[BUG] Desktop panel vertically flipped

Describe the bug on Manjaro KDE X11, the desktop panel is flipped vertically.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open SteamVR
  2. Things -> Panels -> Your Dekstop
  3. Observe the bug.

Expected behavior Desktop is upside-right. Also it gives you a pointer laser like you can interact but as far as i can tell you can't.

System Information (please complete the following information):

  • Distribution: Manjaro KDE
  • SteamVR version: 1.23.7
  • Steam client version: no idea how to check but presumably latest
  • Opted into Steam client beta?: No
  • Graphics driver version: Mesa 22.1.6

also there's no way to select which monitor you want
