[BUG] Index often not working after system suspend

Describe the bug After some times without using my computer, it goes into suspend mode. After waking it up, if I start SteamVR, it often keeps searching my headset without finding it... After a reboot, it works again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Suspend your computer
2. Wake up your computer
3. Start SteamVR
4. SteamVR does not find the headset

Expected behavior SteamVR should find the headset after waking up from suspend mode.

System Information (please complete the following information):

• Distribution: Manjaro
• SteamVR version: 1.21.12
• Steam client version: Mar 14 2022, 1647446817
• Opted into Steam client beta?: No
• Graphics driver version: Mesa 21.3.8

I also have this. An easier work around is to restart the headset, either through the SteamVR menu or by ulplugging and plugging back in the power, then restarting SteamVR.
