Describe the bug Starting beVaiR causes SteamVR to crash

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install and start beVaiR with SteamVR running
2. See error

Expected behavior Game shall start and be playable and not crash SteamVR.

System Information (please complete the following information):

• Distribution: Ubuntu
• SteamVR version: 1.21.6 beta
• Steam client version: Jan 16 22, at 17:34:49 1642451672
• Opted into Steam client beta?: Yes
• Graphics driver version: 495.46
• Gist for SteamVR System Information: Gist
