[BUG] Error box can be too small

Attempting to play the BAD DREAMS demo (via Proton) will result in SteamVR complaining about a missing action manifest. The pathname is partially obscured by the error box's close button.

SteamVR build 1633117938 (1.20.3).

(This bug was observed with a version of the demo obsoleted by an update this evening. ~~As it no longer claims to run natively on GNU/Linux, it's possible that the manifest problem won't be… manifest with the new version, thus this bug will be hidden to me.~~ It is still present, so the error box still appears when starting the game.)
