xbox elite controller bluetooth issue

cant add xbox elite controller via bluetooth yet other bluetooth devices fine.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. hold bind button on xbox elite v2 controller
2. on steam deck, add bluetooth device
3. click xbox elite
4. add
5. error message 'could not be added'
6. add other bluetooth devices & test. confirm
7. test xbox elite over usbc cable... works
8. just a bluetooth bug
