Steamdeck oled cou stuck at 2024mhz

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.

I've tried every version of steam is available. Stable , beta and alpha and they a have this problem my cou never goes above 2024mhz in gaming no matter how demanding the game is it refuses to clock higher. It's not temp throttling because it's always around 60-79c no overckocks I run the GPU on auto and no undervolts either. I've also tried to clear cmos.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Turn on steam deck
2. Play game
3. Look at CPU clocks
