tf2/linux : voice chat PTT state not cleared on map change

when voice chat PTT key is held down, and then released when the server changes map, on server rejoin game behaves as if PTT key is still held down, leading to accidental hot micing situations. tested so far on 64 bit linux mint on latest tf2 build as of right now (jun 15 2025)
