By either replacing the default CTX with a custom one or simply using a TXT file, a player can modify the default "MuzzleFlashParticleEffect" with another particle effect, for example the "hammer_bell_ring_shockwave" particle effect (Strongmann Shockwave Effect) onto the Sniper Rifle. Since this bypasses sv_pure 1, this exploit can be used in casual servers and can give players an unfair advantage.

That helped a lot, by any chance, is there any command that i hold put in the txt file to increase the size of the effect? or to modify the size of it, i dont know if im asking for too much
