[TF2] Farmageddon tractor sound effect playing in FOV for whole round

I just got finished with my Farmageddon contract and the whole entire match (both rounds) the tractor noise was playing on my client side. Dear god it would not stop no matter how many times I died, it even kept playing during the mapvote screen.

Has anyone else had this?
