[TF2] Medals are not usable in Halloween Transmute

Maybe there was a specific reason for this behaviour then? Though I wouldn't be able to tell you which reason.

Would like to add to this You also cannot use Canteens/Candy canteens in transmuting. Which is funny, because you can get candy canteens from transmutes as a result.
