[TF2] Unusual effects on certain weapons disappear when switching to secondaries with their own particle systems

I'm unsure how else to test this, but it seems like Scout's Scattergun and Pyro's Flamethrower/Degreaser both lose their unusual particle effects if you were to switch to "Mad Milk", "Crit-a-Cola", "Bonk! Atomic Punch", or "The Gas Passer" while holding an unusual warpainted version of the weapon. I do not own any unusual weapons myself, but decided to give this a look by giving both stock variants a random unusual effect (I chose Hot) and switching between items. It goes back to normal if you switch from melee and then back to your primary. This happens with all the weapon unusual effects, this also happens with unusual warpainted melee weapons.
