[TF2][Feature Request] Rotational Playlist

A "featured" playlist at the top of the casual selection that rotates monthly, featuring a selection of different maps from various gamemodes. Similar to how Smissmas and Halloween playlists appear, but rotating monthly or every 2 weeks.

The key reason why I suggest this is that there's MANY maps (mostly in the alternative gamemodes section) that go unplayed, and take over an hour to queue for at times.

There's a lot of potential for different themed playlists such as: Playlists with different themes like forest maps, beach maps, fan-favourites, TFC, etc. Playlists based on updates (maps released in Tough Break, Jungle Inferno, Invasion, Sniper Vs Spy, etc.)

As a possible incentive, players could earn something like 10% more EXP, maybe even small amounts of blood money for owners of the jungle inferno pass.
