[TF2] Microphone boost can't be turned off and has no effect

As showcased by the short video i recorded. The Microphone boost under options can't be turned off. After clicking "Ok" in the options it turns itself back on. (Windows recording and sound settings are checked there are no microphone boost or gains applied)

And it seems like it doesn't have an effect on the microphone (Im unsure, since i did test it and seem to have 0 effect)

Pretty sure that this behavior isn't intentional..

Extra Note: Having the options dialog opened seems to keep the microphone boost unticked, but as prevoiusly stated has no effects..
