[TF2] Viewmodel arms used to be higher poly and more detailed pre-Love and War uptate

As stated in the title, the arms viewmodels for the classes used to be much much better, but when the old v_model/w_model got dropped out in favor of the c_model, they got replaced by lower poly less detailed arms, this is especially visible for Demo and Soldier's arms. note, the "Before and after" are reversed i hope they are brought back.
