[TF2] Pickup building prompt is shown on the TargetID while spectating

While spectating and looking at your own constructed buildings, the prompt to pick them up is still being shown. This is happening on every OS and is caused by the MoveableSubPanel element not being hidden from the targetID while in spectator.
