[TF2] Coaching dosn't work on Valve official servers ever since Meet your Match

Due to how Valve servers operates, it is currently impossible for a Coach to join his student's server, making this feature useless. Allowing Coachs to join casual games would allow us the community to teach the newer players the core aspects of the game wich can sometimes be complicated and overwelming. Especialy at the start.

Additionnally, it would be appreciated if we could show the students where to place his buildings as Engineer, and a better way to communicate with them, as of now, anyone can see what the Coach types in the chat.
