[TF2] Uncloaking can sometimes play the uncloak sound louder than normal

Sometimes, when uncloaking, the sound may play louder than normal. My guess is that the uncloak sound plays several times at once. I could only reproduce the issue with the Cloak and Dagger, when it is even worse. Also, i suspect that the issue only happens with lag. In the video, I used net_fakelag 30

Not sure if this issue is related to uncloaking or just to the Cloak and Dagger.
