[TF2] Face animations are shown in your player when other classes say the F4 voice lines

When a teammate presses F4 and you hear his voice line saying that is ready, you can see the teammate's facial animations in your character if you're taunting. It happened to me in MvM but probably happens in Competitive too.

Second this issue, probably due to the Voice lines being layered improperly. Happens both on Windows and Linux (not sure about OS X)
