Symptoms

Upon launching, the game's fullscreen mode does not scale correctly, but remains in the upper-lefthand corner. steam-298180.log

Reproduction

I also tested this in Proton 7.0-6, as ProtonDB user aynu reported different fullscreen behaviour (in their case, a decentred fullscreen with the right black bar being thicker than the left), but was unable to see any difference.
