Reproduction

Install the game and click "play".

.Net 40 is needed to get this game running, ingame cutscenes are not working as they're wmv files & wmp9+ is needed to run them, other than that the game runs just fine.

I just tested it with the latest Proton 9 beta12 & no change, videos still MIA & have to install .Net4.0 with winetricks to even get the game to run. steam-57650.log

https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/commit/934cfb86b5e2b485b4b90e1eeac4021733559591 should eventually help with the .NET requirement, at least.
