Joystick alignment

Seems to be a general issue with large hands, so ifeel bad dropping another...grip extentions have helped (but thicker might be even better) I'm still having issues where my thumb alignment with the joystick is off by about 15 to 20 degrees, resulting in my inability to walk straight without considerable mental effort on keeping my thumbs aligned- heaven forbid i use the knuckles as designed and 'open' my hands....

I'm hoping for maybe the added ability to 'calibrate' each joystick to a custom and more natural forward direction.
