PACK RAT All Meepos can use the item in the neutral item slot. Most items except for Consumables, Hand of Midas, and Divine Rapier can be equipped in the neutral item slot. Using the item on one Meepo puts it on cooldown for all other Meepos for 50% of the regular cooldown. Certain passive abilities and effects on items have reduced or no effectiveness.

The facet description itself already disallows Divine Rapier to be transferred to neutral slot, however, we must fix the behavior where if all 6 inventory slots are occupied and Meepo picks up an item, it automatically transfers it to neutral slot. It shouldn't allow Meepo to pick up the item in the first place.

I tested this in demo and bug is still there.
