I'm also facing the same issue on my M1 Pro for a while now. It's guaranteed to crash when l'm playing Custom Lobby around ~1 minutes after the horn (when the first bot creep wave started hitting). But normal Bot Match (not creating via Custom Lobby works fine).

These crashes persisted through several MacOS and Dota 2 updates. I have tried verifying game file/reinstalling Dota 2 many times and still happening.

This happened through all Mac user in the same machine.

Here is my Mac error report. mac_report_dota2.txt

Please let me know if anything required.

Worked for me with this approach: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota2-Gameplay/issues/14959 This bug existed long time on MacOS

  1. enable the "Console".
  2. open the "Console" when the local server lobby game begins (of course before it crashes).
  3. type "tv_stop true" to stop the tv broadcast function.
  4. type "tv_status" to verify whether the tv broadcast function is stopped.
