OSX -Intermittent packet loss and sudden spike in ping

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. Please link any large pastes as a Github Gist. This happened after the recent update of Dota. While in-game, there is packet loss and sudden spikes which is causing the game to freeze every 25-30 secs. The internet connection is stable and gives no issue as I was able to reproduce the same error on diiferent network connections. This issue is not new as I have faced it multiple times after certain dota updates, but it usually gets resolved after a small update after 2-3 days. Howerver, this time its been around 2 weeks and it is still not fixed. 😭

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Dota
2. Play match
3. MMR reverse stonks
