Documentation Request

Make some form of documentation for running the server locally.

Problem

There's a few people who don't know how to run it who would like to. Having it would also prevent having to repeat it each time someone wants to do it.

Solution

Add a file or make a wiki that explains the process enough to get a working form of Valour running locally.
