Please allow option to clearing after only pressing retur

in the past, the behavior was to clear the screen after only pressing return, as reported on issue #8, but now this is not the case.

Actually, I'd like to clear the screen after only pressing return.

Can you guide me? I can wait for a new release but I can also patch it locally with your help. Thanks
