How to use this model on iOS?

Hi, I'm a newbie with ML.

I wanna use this on image segmentation. I have tried DeeplabV3(https://developer.apple.com/machine-learning/models/) but the result is not very well.

Could u plz tell me the difference between this model and DeeplabV3? And how can I use this on iOS? The size of DeeplabV3 is around 8MB, and the size of this model is multiple GBs.
