Sign in not possible for some regions
hello, i have been using vshop from about a year now and checking my account for the daily shop and sometime nightmrket but from yesterday when i am trying to sign in my account it gives me the error ( uploaded the screenshot of error ) i tried clearing cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing worked i even tried to install the app on android emulator on pc but that doesnt work either, tried signing in multiple accounts but nothings working but when my friend is signing in the same then the error doesnt come and it simply signed in dont know what could be the issue can someone please help me with it.

Otherwise to make sure, have you entered your Username and Password correctly? Sometimes when having multiple languages on your keyboard it switches unnoticed and might change the position of characters.

have tried that but nothing worked i think i saw in the vshop discord server its some new issue occuring to other people as well
I have the same issue for 2 or 3 days. I don't have any problems when logging in the riot websites or riot client and my password was in samsung pass so im sure i didnt write it wrong too.
Yes, it seems that this issue affects some people based on their region. Unfortunately, I can log in without any issues. I will try my best to find a solution, but it's extremely hard if I can't reproduce it.

i just checked today and somehow the issue is fixed for me so closing this issue as this is fixed somehow
As this issue is still affecting some people, I am reopening it. I still cannot replicate the problem, but I will closely monitor it and see what I can do!
Got the same problem. Fixed it by connecting my Google account to a Riot account and logged in using a Google account from the app, instead of login and password.
