Cracklist warning when setting up password

New password:
/usr/share/cracklib/pw_dict.pwd.gz: No such file or directory
BAD PASSWORD: The password fails the dictionary check - error loading dictionary

This happened both on my desktop and my laptop, so I think this might be a bug with the WSL distro itself.
