systemd-networkd not works

I am using WSL2 in windows 11 23H2, the network works at the beginning when WSL start. However, the network breaks after systemd-networkd started. So currently I have to disable systemd-networkd manually to let the network works. And of course, I do not need any network manager to handle the WSL network, so it is OK. Anybody has the same issue?
