Dial.nvim emulation or similar increment/decrement expansion

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. An incredibly helpful neovim plugin is dial.nvim. It adds enhanced increment/decrement functionality, like for booleans, dates, semvar, and loads more.

Describe the solution you'd like An emulation of this plugin, even without all of its features, it's pretty rich.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be writing my own, but would much prefer it to interact with other emulated plugins
