Redo doesn't focus cursor

Type: Bug

use vim, delete a line, then press ctrl+z. now scroll away from that line until it is not in the viewport. Press ctrl+shift+z to redo. The cursor is not focused at the point where the text is changed for the redo

Same issue. The cursor works fine if using u/<C-r> for undo/redo, but they have other issues.
