Drawing Tools

It seems reasonable to support selecting different tools like figma and have shortcuts for that tools

for drawing,
selecting,
accessibility activation point mode,

Not sure, it would be nice without separate instruments.

With them we introduce modality and user had to know what instrument is selected right now.

At this moment we can draw and select without problem. Activation point can in actionable part of any element with possibility to freeze/unfreeze those points.
