I had the same error

Installing the [JDK developer kit](https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#jdk21-windows) fixed a similar error for me on a Windows machine

The issue is that the error is hidden in a hover on the exclamation mark. This is bad accessibility. It's completely inaccessible on a touch screen.
