Updated plugin v1.1.0

Plugin has been integrated and will be available for all supported platforms with the next Plugin Manager update. Let us know in this issue when a new version is available. We will reopen it. Thank you for providing these modules to the Rack community!

I think it is worth pushing an update for the A*B+C bugfix.

I've heard from Manu that Befaco are happy to release on their side. PR for the new set of modules for v1 (see PR https://github.com/VCVRack/Befaco/issues/22). @AndrewBelt - any other comments?

@AndrewBelt - I've responded to the PR feedback (see here) and merged back as there wasn't anything too complicated. If you would like any more changes please say (and I can commit directly to VCVRack/Befaco).
